A wonderful story of giving :
My name is Emily. This coming May, I will be having my Bat Mitzvah which has a lot of responsibilities. For my mitzvah project, I have decided to collect donations of gently used dance wear and dance shoes to help children who want to dance but don’t have the means to buy dance shoes and apparel. I have been taking dance classes since I was 2 years old, I know that dance wear is really expensive, I feel lucky and grateful that my family is able to do this for me.We came across Xpressive4ever Dance in Baltimore, Maryland. Xpressive4ever Dance is a nonprofit organization. The mission of this dance studio is to help children by providing free, professional quality dance and music classes to low income and at risk youth. Many of the children here cannot afford ballet and tap shoes, leotards and tights, or recital costumes. Please help me support these kids and this great studio by donating children’s gently used dance wear that we can give to them. All RCDA teachers will accept donations, and a box will be available at Dance Bethesda for donations.Thank you for your support!
